What is EFT?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and is a pleasant and effective way to get rid of physical and emotional obstacles fast. EFT takes the view that we’re all energy and that energy has to flow freely through our bodies. If this energy is blocked, we feel a negative emotion or this can present itself as a physical problem. There is a short circuit in our energy system so to speak. EFT is about tapping your fingers lightly on certain areas of the body. Tapping on the ends of meridian points on the head, body and hands results in the disappearance of the obstacles.
How does EFT work?
By tapping your fingers on these areas in a certain order while indicating the negative emotion, you do away with the obstacle and the energy will flow again. The problem is gone or has nearly disappeared.
The simplicity of this method is its biggest advantage. It is a very efficient way to overcome limiting beliefs and negative emotions. There will be more freedom, power and energy. You will feel disentangled.
When to use EFT?
Disappointment, frustration, sorrow, limiting beliefs, fears, exam anxiety, headaches, impatience, setting boundaries, speaking in public, getting bullied at school and better achievements at school.
